Hi Terry,

Thanks also for your comments which are helpful.

Following on from that, I wonder if there's any noticeable speed
increase in writing if speech is turned off with the PK? Can anyone say
a "Yes" or "No" on this one? I haven't had time to check it out
thoroughly enough myself. Oh, there's another thing I love! I have a
bedside tidy (shoe tidy type pockets) because I don't have room for a
cabinet. PK even fits in a pocket there so I can read without moving
from my bed! <SMILE>

-ANDNOW MY PERSONAL COMPARISON

Hi Carol: Great to hear from you.

I was interested in your comparative impressions as currently I'm
using both products for different purposes, and whilst I love the
PK for all the reasons you state, my main problem with it is that
I find that if I'm brailleing very quickly with the speech turned
on it will crash from time to time. However I love it in
situations where I need my computer with me but just want a very
portable PDA, or when on the move using GPS.

Regarding the case, no you have definitely got the right one,
that's to say the case I got with my PK and also the one which my
wife got with hers has the hard top. I agree the pocket is a
definite must if ever they get to rethinking the design of the
case.

Finally regarding the Sandisk card, I searched in google for
something like 128 wifi combo card. However if you head on over
to
www.expansys.com
and stick something like that in their search engine you should
find it no problems.

Hope my information is helpful, and again thanks so much for your
comparative comments.
