Appreciated Robert.
Who manufactured your 80 gb hard drive?
Is it relatively small and lightweight?
Thanks
Deon

Hello Deon,
I believe, that if memory serves me correctly, the largest cf card
out there is a 8 gb card.
I never used anything higher then a 1 gb card in the compact flash
slot, but I have several 5 gb microdrives that go in the side slot.
The problem you run into with higher amounts of memory, is that the
braillenote has a hard time driving them, hence making it slower to
open and perform operations within the card.
If you upgrade to a mpower, you can use many different drives that
connect to the usb port, for example, I now have a 80 gb hard drive
that works nicely with my unit.
Good luck,
Robert

Subject: [Braillenote] MPower supports what maximum card memory
size?
Hi all
BN classic supported 2 GB flash cards.
What is the maximum size CF, SD and USB memory devices supported?
Thanks
Deon
