Hello Alex,
I have a interesting situation, when I press reset, not only do I get the alarms that I missed, but if I do a reset again, the bn will act as if nothing is wrong, and I will still get my alarms. If I do another reset, then I miss alarms, so sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately, Dean and Jonathan have not seen this problem before, so it is new to them. But I am working with Dean, and will be sending my unit to him, very soon in order for he and others to see this problem, and be able to give a solution for those who are having this problem as well. So all I can say for now, is be patient and we will hear from Dean in the near future hopefully to a fix for this.
Robert

Don't feel too bad. I have been having those same problems as
well, but my alarms NEVER sound. My BN never reminds me with an
alarm, but then, after a reset, is nice enough to let me know
exactly how many times it failed to tell me of an appointment.
How courteous! I never thought of it, but this did start
happening after KS 6.11. A shame, too, because I had gotten into
the habit of having my BN wake me up every morning. It wasn't
good when I kept sleeping, blissfully unaware that the six oclock
alarm was still waiting, lurking somewhere in the maze of
circuits while time continued, drawing further and further from
six.
O, well, maybe KS 7.1, or whatever the next release is, will fix
it.
Alex

Hello Hilda,
I am not Dean,
but I have been having this problem since keysoft 6.1.1.
they are not sure why this is happening but are very much aware
of it.
Until now, that you have mentioned it they thought I was the only
one with
the problem.
so though I don't want you to have problems, but it is good that
someone
else has the problem.

Hello Dean and List,
I am having a problem with my KeyPlan program and I was hoping
that you
might have a suggestion.
Ever since I upgraded to ks 7, every time I need to perform a
simple reset,
dots 1-2-3, or dots 4-5-6 reset I generally miss at least one
alarm on a
scheduled
appointment.
Do you have any idea of why?
Mega thanks in advance!!
Regards, Hilda A. Moreno.
