Angie, I suspect if you look in the File Manager and go to the
Directory, you'll see them. If you put them in the "none folder"
for instance, you would press Enter at the "none folder". If you
press Read with X at the "list of all files" prompt, you'll see
"list of all, including hidden" files in None folder. You should
see your address dot cdb there. It would show all of the hidden
files.

Ok, I get it. I know I have never put nothing there. Lastnight
when I
was trying to copy my address book from the classic to my m power
I
seemed to of done something wrong because I lost most of my files
on
my compact flash card. I have looked all over and can't seem to
find them.

No, Angie, if you do a Jkl reset, you only lose what you may have
put in KeySoft. It's recommended that you don't put anything on
the
KeySoft System Disk.

This is Joseph. Let us say that the BN's behavior is not right.
By doing JKL
reset (we call it Hard Reset), you can return your unit's
condition to that
of the factory default. It also allows you to start from scratch
by deleting
whatever is in KeySoft System Disk that you have added by
mistake.
Sometimes, with electronic devices, it is necessary to perform
hard reset
sometimes to reinitialize the system. I hope this information
may help you.

Hello to all,
I am wondering why one would do a JKL reset? I think some of my
settings are
not right, I thought maybe this would fix it back to factory.
Thanks,
Angie
