Web Braille is working fine for me, too and I have the latest version with
an MPower.

Well, I'm running keysoft 7 here on an MPower qt-32. I went to the nls
site and found the National Geographics for Feb.
I downloaded part 1 with no difficulty at all and then downloaded part 2
for good measure.
The program is working fine here.
