Jose:
Just put your cursor at the beginning of the word and press SPACE
with B. The Block Commands Menu will be brought up. Press T for
top of block.
Now place the cursor at the end of the word and access the same
menu, but press B for bottom of block. Now (the menu will
automatically appear again after the bottom marker insertion)
look at the menu and select the option you want.
