This is my first chance to answer a question! lol I had a hard time figuring this one out too. You didn't say if you use bt or qt. I only know the answer for qt. Open the address book Find the address you want to change Press control with K This will bring up all fields in case you want to add something that wasn't listed before. Then after you make the change press escape.
I have been doing a lot of updating on my address book lately using this command. If you are using bt then someone else will have to help.
