Here is what you do. First, establish an internet connection, then load the 
page and refresh it. This should update the page with the most current 
information.

Ok: What I am trying to do is.  I have a weather report for everyday but I 
saved it for off line viewing.  But it won't change I did that yesterday and on 
the regular website it changes days,.  But it still says forcast as of 10:00 
February 19.  Please write back.
