Ray and Karyn, When you establish the partnership in activesync and you see the 7 check boxes, make sure all of them are unchecked. Only check the file synchronization checkbox if you plan to put files into the synchronizing folder on your pc and also on your MPower to be synchronized. This might be such files as word files.
But, for contacts and planner files in outlook, do not (I repeat do not) check the contacts box in activesync. Contact synchronization is handled by keysync, so you need to check the keysync options on the keysync menu of your MPower. If you're not sure as to how your activesync partnership is set up, you might think about deleting it within activesync on the pc, then doing a 4 5 6 (j k l) reset on the MPower, and just start over. I just ran a keysync here using my MPower and keysoft 7 with keysync version 2.0.0.3 and synched 261 contacts. I'm using a usb connection between the pc and MPower.
