This is Joseph. If you look at the January or Febuary archive, there is a post made by me which talks about "temporarily" replacing the User Guide on the BN. The steps are as follows: 1. From Main Menu, go to utilities/application program. Select KeySoft System Disk/Windows directory. Hit enter until program name prompt displays. Type in one of the following strings for a particular User Guide: BNBT: bnb BNQT: bnq VNBT: vnb VNQT: vnq After typing one of the strings above, press enter twice. The introduction message appears. Press enter. At the completion message, press enter again. Now when you open the User Guide with BACKSPACE+ENTER+H or READ+H, you'll see the User Guide for that particular model. I hope this information may help you.

There is a method by which you can replace the manual on your unit. I'll see if I can find those directions anywhere, but I know Rhonda Clark knows what the steps are. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Graham Lewis Sent: Tuesday, February 21, 2006 10:48 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Manuals I suppose I can chop it up and convert the bits to Keyword format. Its a pain though probably less effort than I have put into avoiding it. smile. >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 02/21/06 04:38pm >>> No, just the text or PDF files. I find the text file easy enough to search, mostly because I'm persistent. <Smile> -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Graham Lewis Sent: Tuesday, February 21, 2006 10:35 AM To: [email protected] Subject: re: [Braillenote] Manuals Thanks. That seems to be just one big text file. Are the separate chapters as they are provided on the device available to download from anywhere?
