I've h my BN for about 14 months. My husband recently said something about needing to send it in for annual service and cleaning. I was horrified. I'd be lost without my machine. I have no replacement. I'm glued to this thing most of the day. (grin) How long are you without your machine when you have the service done? Angie H.
