This is Joseph. Another way is to tell Windows Firewall that KeySync is an
exception by adding KeySync on the exception list.

Glad you found the problem even if you have only made a temporary fix.  

I'm certain there's a way to identify keysync to Norton so it can pass
through the firewall but don't know Norton enough to be able to suggest how
it's done.  

I'll bet someone on a list like blindtech could tell you though, provided
you can put up with the traffic.  

As for windows firewall, I turned mine off long ago as I've heard it's
really not that effective and I have a good router here anyway.  Besides, it
was getting in the way of my connecting my MPower to my pc via a wireless
network connection.  

But, I'm sure Norton is easy to configure once you just figure out what has
to be done.  

The  hard part's over.
