This is Joseph. Another way is to tell Windows Firewall that KeySync is an exception by adding KeySync on the exception list.

Besides, it was getting in the way of my connecting my MPower to my pc via a wireless network connection. But, I'm sure Norton is easy to configure once you just figure out what has to be done.
