It is step nine I'm getting messed up on. What does the less than sign look like in braille? Punctuation is not my strong point. I see something that uses dots 1,2 and 6 on the left side. I can't get rid of it. There's a counterpart on the right that erases easily. Is this the less than sign? I can delete the name. Then move one space. But that character in front of the email address... I can't get rid of it.
