It probably took a while for the first part of the stream to download.

I had a weird situation happen to me a few  weeks back. I went to 
the acb site and  tried to start acb radio. It didn't do anytying 
initially, so I escaped out and went on to do other things.  An 
hour or so later It started playing over my bn.  I spoke to 
someone  who told me the same thing happened to her.
