First, create a file with whatever text you want inserted, and
name it, maybe, "email signature". At the end of an email, go to
the block commands menu, and select "insert file". Select your
signature file in the usual way, and, after pressing ENTER, the
text of that file will appear where your cursor was when you
inserted.
