My understanding of this is that KeySoft actually uses an rtf filter.
That means if correct that you are not actually producing word documents
as you expect. This is one of the major problems because many of us have
to work in word and can't afford to do all of the reformatting that may
be required. We have several employees who no longer use there
voicenotes because of this vary problem.

Hello everyone,

I have saved a file to MS Word from a voice note M-power QT and when I
opened it in the computer after E-mailing it to myself as an attachment,
it was saved as a Rich text file.  What is going on here?  I especially
want to know when you consider that Rich text or RTF is listed as a
separate file format when you go to 
export files to other   file types.
