Karyn: My understanding of this is that KeySoft actually uses an rtf filter. That means if correct that you are not actually producing word documents as you expect. This is one of the major problems because many of us have to work in word and can't afford to do all of the reformatting that may be required. We have several employees who no longer use there voicenotes because of this vary problem.
