Subject: [Braillenote] clearing temporary files

When I attempt to "delete temporary internet files" I receive the following
error message:

"the directory is not empty" and I am returned to the "internet options
menu.

Am I doing something wrong? Here is what I am doing:

1.. I go in to KeyWeb from the main menu by selecting "I"
2.. I choose the Humanware page that comes up by default as the address
and hit enter.
3.. When I reach the web page I press ctrl-2 (note I am using a mPower
QT).
4.. I space down to "delete temporary files" and hit enter and receive the
message stated above.

As I mentioned I am using a BrailleNote mPower QT running KeySoft version
seven.

I'd appreciate any help.
