Well I've just gone to
www.ebay.co.uk
and got exactly the same result as you. However although not a
solution to the exact problem a work around is instead to go
towww.ebay.com
then select UK from the country combo box.
As I say not an answer to why but a possible solution to how.

Hi List,
For several days now I haven't been able to go on Ebay using my
BN MPower. I've done it many times before, and can go on other
sites without a problem, the trouble only seems to be with
www.ebay.co.uk
It hangs up on "0%, please wait", and there it stays. Any ideas
why it might be acting this way?
