You could leave speech on when starting the program (you should
hear something like "GPS version x.x BrailleNote MPower"), or
that information will show up as the final item in the
information list--obtained by pressing SPACE with I from the main
menu.

hi
how do i determine which version of the GPS software i have on my
unit at the present moment?
i don't have the maps yet as i got the braillenote off a
colleague he put the GPS on for me, not sure if he still has his
map cd, so need replacement. when i start program i know i cant
find maps but it doesn't say version x x x, x x x beeing version
number
can anyone help?
