This is Joseph. I response to Ray's 3rd problem: I think you have to tell
Norton Personal Firewall to allow this connection. (From the Manual, it
states: ActiveSync uses ports 990, 999, 5678, and 5679. I'm sure Dean would
be able to clarify.). When connecting to ActiveSync, you need to connect the
small connector to the Client USB port, not the host ports. There has been
reports where some people on the list have reported that some CD cards won't
work in the CF slot of the mPower. They say that it works on the right side
slot with an adapter. I hope this information may help you.

Sarah;

Could Ray's problem be that he is using a cf card not a stamp sized card.
When Roger transfered my files, he used the smaller card.

Hi Ray,

It's possible that you could be plugging the small end of the USB cable into
the wrong port on the mPower. The client port, (the smallest USB port), is
located just above the SD card slot, between the power jack and the compact
flash slot. The other two USB ports are located on the other side of the
serial port and are only meant to connect to thumb drives, hard drives,
printers, and other USB peripherals.

I don't know how to help with your other two problems, but I hope this helps
with the USB thing.

Sarah
