Hi Carol:

If I understand correctly, the pk battery doesn't need calibrated.

Subject: [Braillenote] A QUESTION RELATING TO THE CHARGING OF THE
PK BATTERY

Hi all,

I know that there is sometimes a little problem in charging
batteries
which is known (sometimes) to be solved by unplugging the charger
and
then charging some more. However, I have noticed on our recently
acquired PK that the charging level is stopping short of 100%
despite
several goes at plugging in the charger once again. I have also
checked
the reading immediately after unplugging and performing a reset.
In
addition, I notice the voltage reading is slightly higher when
the
charger is plugged in than it appears once I have charged as far
as it
will go.

Does anyone have useful comments on this? Should I expect/accept
this
behaviour? Is there a possible fault?

Advice is most welcome.
