Hello,
It sounds like the braille display needs some help.
I would suggest that you run the exercise cycle, and see if that
doesn't help, if not, you will probably need to send it in.
To do this, press space with o from the main menu, then press
space with i and then x and it will run the exercise braille
display option.

Hey all, I have a large problem. The first 7 cells of my braille
display won't change of often. Ít is a issue that they won't
stay up or doown, it is like Keysoft is repeating the same prompt
with those cells. For an examlle, in E-mail I get the "read from
which folder?" prompt fine, but when I press space to look at the
folders I get this: "Rather from," and If I go into a foldel that
same thing says on the display. Even in the Main menu it stays.
Then, it goes back to normal. What is going onddPlease respond
ASAP!
