Hello Kevin,
I was interested in this myself, so I went to the users manual,
and found that by going to the database section, it mentions that
you must read the section on templates.
So I went and looked, and what it says, is that for databases,
you must create a database template for that database you have
created.
It walks you through doing this, and I have not tried it yet, so
I can't give you instructions on doing so.
I am going to do this very soon, so if I haven't seen anyone give
instructions on this before I figure it out, I will let you know.

Subject: [Braillenote] printing or embossing a database
Hey List,
I was wondering if it was possible to emboss or print a database
that you created. I have tried this before, but when i selected
the database, then select print it will ask for a template, and
there appears to be no template that is associated with that
particular database. If anyone has also experienced this and has
any suggestions of how to get around this or how to resolve this
issue it will be greatly appreciated.
