This is Joseph. Actually, you can browse ftp sites using KeyWeb. It's like "use folder view for ftp sites" disabled on Internet Explrer on Windows.

I'm quite pleased with my upgrade to the VN mPower and, so far, the KeySoft 7.0 release is working very well. I wish you could have added more battery capacity to the mPower though. I am definitely seeing far less run time between charges than with my previous VoiceNote. Finally, there was some discussion of maybe adding some kind of SDK to the note takers to allow outside software developers to jump in and give us programs like happened with the old Blazie line. Might it be possible to at least open things up a little bit with a basic like interpreter environment without having to deal with compilers? I remember using the old Apple II line for years and wrote some really useful programs just using AppleSoft and Integer basic. The up side of that was that if I found some program I mostly liked already written, I could modify it to do just what I wanted and used the many open source programs to learn lots more about programming than I could get out of a book. Is this dream land or what?
