Hello Monica Richard and list Monica, if you disconnect Activesync, go to the file menu in the Activesync window on the PC, select delete partnership, press enter answering in the affirmative and repeat this process till the delete partnership is greyed or not available, does your USB connection establish when you plug the cable in? I haven't been able to replicate this problem, hence trying to obtain further information.
