Dean,
I have tried accessing another file and then trying to get to the m3u file and make changes, but this doesn't work. The reset is necessary.

Hello Alex,

This is a known issue and is logged for possible rectification
in a future
release of KeySoft. Another possible work around might be to
play another
file in the media player and then access the original one in
KeyWord as an
alternative to resetting.

Joseph:

In my experience, the BN will not let me save changes to the M3U
file if it has been played after the most recent reset, unless I
do another reset before trying to modify that file. If this is
not standard behavior, maybe I should call tech support and
figure out what is going on. I thought it was standard, so I
never thought anything of it.

This is Joseph. .m3u playlists should be created manually. Alex,
the user
doesn't have to perform reset. Just switch to media player and
stop the
track by returning to Main Menu. Or, at the media player, while
the file is
playing, press space with e to exit to the file prompt. Then the
user can
modify the playlist.

Dear List,

I was thinking of upgrading to KS 7. Is it possible to tell the
media
player to play all of the files in the folder? Can playlists be
created
automatically or do they need to be created manually?
