AMEN ROBERT!!!!! I have Emsanet as you can tell from my addie, and it's a price we can afford. The problem is that this service have absolutely no spam protection or anything else. I get tons of junk, mainly "Buy software." and viagra type stuff, one of which had the f word right in the subject line. Some of the other stuff I can't even read, and I wish there were a way to block all this garbage so it wouldn't clutter up my inbox. Any help on this Dean or Jonathan? Anyone on the list have any ideas how to zap this stuff before it gets in? I know about the size thing, but then I must continually babysit the bn. Around Christmas, I had to stay glued to the bn, because nearly every email I got was larger than my size setting and junk mail. What really bothers me is that it's mostly the same junk repeeted again and again. If they'd send it once a day and be done with it, I'd be a little less annoyed, but they send it over and over again, sometimes four or five times in one email session.
Thanks in advance for all the help, Richard, frustrated by all the repetitive garbage I can't block out! >----- Original Message ----- >From: robert <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: Braillenote Humanware <[email protected] >Date: Tue, 28 Feb 2006 18:12:58 +1200 >Subject: [Braillenote] keymail >Hello List, >Something I would like to see in a future release, is the ability >to block spam. >I am getting a ton of e-mails that I simply just delete, such as >the last e-mail I just downloaded, the subject said hello, so I >went and opened it, and the body of the e-mail said, "I am nice >good looking girl, I will be in your town next month can we get >together and meet." >Of course, I deleted this e-mail. >It would be nice to be able to block these types of e-mail from >the keymail program. >Thanks, >Robert >___ >To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit >http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
