Thjis is Joseph. You dn't have to convert between MS Word format and KeyWord format. You can leave the file format to the original format while saving document. If you wish to avoid line breaks, tell KeySoft to save the file using paragraph format. I hope this information may help you. P.S. When you open the word document in KeyBook, it'll say, "Review Options?" Say yes for now and move around the items until you see "use line or paragraph format?" Choose paragraph fomrat.

Dear Listers: I have some MS Word document files I need to edit and it would certainly be easier to do it on the mPower. I can read these documents in the book reader. My concern is the correct procedure for editing these files so that there is no change to the format (paragraphs, page breaks, blank lines) when I'm done with the editing. These documents don't have any fancy WP features like different fonts, font sizes, bullets, etc. Do I need to convert the document file from MS Word to Keyword? which document format should I save the document on the mPower while editing it? And do I ened to convert it back to MS Word when I'm done withthe editing? I know that saving the document as a text file puts in line breaks within paragraphs which doesn't work well in MS Word if the lines have been edited because they may not be the same length. thanks for your h elp with this. I get this mailing list in digest form so if you could CC: directly to me as well as to the list, that would be a great help. thanks, Barb ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
