Hi Gail:
Is it a classic you are upgrading? If so, you would need to
download the upgrade from a pc, then put on a compact flash card.
If you ordered your upgrade on a compact flash card, you can
install the upgrade that way. If it is the Mp-ower you are
upgrading, it needs to be on an Sd card. Hope this helps.
