Hello Kevin,

Basically, the intensity of the Braille display is how you find it. 
However, if the display is faint which isn't normal, it might be that you 
need to return your BrailleNote to the nearest Humanware office for 
servicing.

Ok Dean, if I am not able to change the intenssny level without
it making a difference; what is the solution that I am able to do
or go through to make my Braille Display a little harder so that
it will be more easier to read.
