Have you tried a regular reset with no keys held down?

I know we just went through this a few weerks ago. It was
working fine. I was using it. Now it's not working and I can't
figure out why.
Let me take you through the commands... we'll see if I'm missing
something.
This is to copy from the body of an email to the address list or
web broswer. It's not working both places.
Put the cursor at the beginning of the address or web site
Hit control with b for the block command
Hit T to mark the top
Put the cursor at the end of the address or web site
Hit control B to open the block command
Hit B to mark the bottom
Hit C to copy to the clip board.
Move to the Web browser or address list.
When in right place, hit control V to paste from the clip board.
I do all that and it says "Clip board is empty"
