Khalid; Just like I do my nut sales, I use a line brake between each customer. You would only have to key in each student with a line break between each one. Each day just read the list and put P for present and np for not present. At the end of the week you would have 5 marks for each student. Then copy it into your data base on your computer. You would already have their names and all you would have to enter is the number of days present. You could also keep other imfo, such as grades on the complex data base on your computer. This way, the imfo would be at your finger tips to enter on to your computer, only 40 numbers and no dependence.
