Hi Bill, Prior to any action and getting on the list, I called Jeremy to speak about the Braille Sense. His response was to go up on the website. I have ordered an upgrade with my braille note. I am sorry that you lost two sales. When someone calls a response should be given immediately. Not two weeks later after reading an emap on the Braille Note List.
