I hope I can clear up some confusion here. In Keymail, there appear to be folders in which one can organize Email, but these folders don't actually exist. They are all contained inside one large database file. I think of them as virtual folders. There is no "temp.txt" folder. This is a file Keysoft creates when one opens an Email. It is nothing more than a plain text document containing the body of the last Email read. It changes every time an Email is opened. Keymail uses Keyword to display the contents of messages. So, when you are in an Email and press control with s, you are saving the text as a document, which completely separates it from Keymail. The process of saving an Email as a draft is something different altogether. To reiterate what Rhonda said, when asked if you are ready to send an Email, press d, both on a QT and BT, and the Email will be placed in the "drafts" folder, one of Keymail's "virtual folders." Again, this doesn't save the draft as a file, it's part of the Keymail database file. You can read Emails stored in the "drafts" folder just as you can read those stored in the InBox, or any other Keymail folder.
I hope this cleared things up, at least a little. Let me know if you are still confused, and I'll try to do better. <Smile> Sarah -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of kathleen spear Sent: Tuesday, March 07, 2006 9:39 AM To: Braillenote List Subject: re: [Braillenote] I really need help!
