Make sure the friend got not only the database file (the KeyBase
definition file) but the database itself (the filename.cdb file).
Put these in the same folder and you are all set.

Hello All,
I was wondering if someone can tell me how a friend can use my
database. I tried sending it to him in an attachment. He has
copied the files to the keybase folder, but can not open the
database. When he goes to the file manager it is there so why
cant he open the datatbase? Any help would be appreciated,
