Angie, I have a theory, but I don't know if it will hold any water. <Smile>
When in the Email action, the option "a" allows you to mark all the Email in a folder, and if you press d, which I accidentally did last night, everything that's been marked zooms over to the trash folder. I wonder if you could have accidentally hit an a before the d, because this actually happened to me. When and if this happens again, a quick method of restoring multiple Email is to mark each one with control+space, then when you're done, restore them all with "r" from the Email action menu. It's not an extremely destructive problem because it can be restored. But it's very annoying. I read an email. Hit control with enter. Then d to delete the email. Normally it works as it should. But three times for some reason I get "please wait" and after a few moments I find all emails have been moved to the trash. I have to go to trash and restore everything one by one. How am I doing this? Are my clumsy fingers hitting a key combination or something? Angie. AKA: Joseph's Mommy Angela C.
