Well, Gail, the same thing happened to me. It reminds me of something
that my first boss told me. When you ass-u-me, you make an ass out of
you and me.

Subject: [Braillenote] Feeling a Bit Stupid

Hello Everyone,

I am a relatively new mpower user. After getting conected via usb, I
downloaded to my PC the keysoft upgrade and all of its components for
upgrade.

I purchased an SD card, and tried to put it into my unit without luck.
So I called Tech support. I followed all of the steps to the letter.
But the card wasn't the size of a postage stamp. It was bigger. Only
after I called Tech support did I figure out with their kind help that
it was enclosed in a case. I felt about two inches high, but I
appreciated their kindness.

May I suggest that in one of the steps indicate that unlatching the case
for removal is necessary. I know this sounds simple, but as one who has
never used an SD card, I didn't realize this. I didn't have anyone
around with vision or who had any experience to tell me differently.

Thanksfor listening.
