Good morning, I am asking for current pricing of the extended warenty for a BrailleNote MPower with 18 cells? Also what are the charges for a SMA for the other two, Keysoft and GPS software? I have the prices if it was done at time of purchase, but due to a SNAFU it was ordered without my knowledge and I might end up paying more because the agency bought it and the company has already ordered the unit Thank you,
