Hi there I'm glad you got it working correctly.:) Yes, wait for
Tech Support if you are unsure how to install.
I did that with my iBook, and while I know I could have done that
install on my own, I wans't absolutely positive, so I called Tech
Support and had them walk me through the process. That way if
there's a problem it's documented in their system and such.
