You can send to any address you want. If you mean can you set up
a hotmail account, I believe that is only possible if you have
the hotmail version that lets a computer use the service
independantly of the website. BN can use the hotmail website
fine, but signing up may be a problem because there may be an
image of letters a sighted person will have to look at.
