Hi again everyone on the list I have attempted to change volume levels from options menu under review voice for volume of speech as previously suggested. This did not work. I have also tried all ranges of recording and 8 and 16 in the recording settings with no success. If another install of Keysoft 7.0 does not work for my PK, well I am guessing that it might be a hardware issue with the microphone on the board. Any further suggestions would be most appreciated.
