Hi Nancy and Linda: When I sent my unit in to be transplanted, I put a note in with it reminding them what I wanted done. This seemed to have helped based on the experiences that are being shared. Remember, the person you talk to on the telephone isn't the same person who handles your unit when it arrives at Humanware. I find including a note reiterating what I want done is a very helpful thing to do. It costs nothing but a few minutes of your time and provides peace of mind.
