Hello Alex,

When you are in text documents, the layout menu in the format menu will be
what determines the changes when you print.  The ink prink menu will now be
the Braille settings menu and this will change your embossing settings.

Backspace s while in the layout men and after setting your new desired
values, should result in setting the new values as the default.
