Dear List,

I finally have KS 7.0 up and running.  I had to call Tech Support twice and 
both times the people were very nice.

They helped me solve two problems.  The first problem was I couldn't 
download my product key because HumanWare's database wasn't up-to-date.  The 
second problem was the SD card didn't work because it wasn't formatted.  I 
had to copy all the files to the flash disk and then format the SD card and 
move them back again.  After that, the upgrade installed fine.

I'm going to run Keysoft 7 through its paces and give a full report later 
on.

Humanware slipped up in three ways:  First, they sent me an unformatted SD 
card and second, they told me the product key would be included on the card 
but it wasn't and third, their database wasn't automatically updated.  I 
can't understand why these mistakes happened, but I'm a happy camper now!
