Hi Ray,
I have set up many sbc global email accounts.
in the email setup menu under directory, add new account,
You must answer yes to smtp authentication required.
also make sure to enter the pop and smtp exactly
right, no extra spaces or letters.
Also I have found you need to put your entire
email address of sbc global in the users name
field to, since this is a national email service provider.
Also in the connectivity menu when creating a new
account I also put the entire email address under
the edit box where is ask for your service users name.
