A couple of things. I'm not entirely sure that you can't
configure the BN to get hotmail, if you have paid for the premium
edition, which lets you use Outlook Express to get you mail. You
might be able to do that, (big might), but it costs something
like $20 a year. If you wanat the free hotmail, you'll have to go
on the web to use it. Doable, but very fiddley! And, the worst of
all, is that you can't sign up for any hotmail without sighted
assistance, thanks to the ever-popular box with the image! Your
friend will have to decide if it's worth the trouble.
