Today I received my software upgrade in the mail. I'm truly thankful
to have it. But the brailled instructions are unreadable. Words are
cut off and either part of the word or all of a word except for
one letter is missing. I copied the instructions from the website
and brailled them again. But, if we are paying for the upgrade, I
shouldn't have to do this since shouldn't things like this be checked?
