Hi Sarah and list,

this is the problem I was going to have a look at, when I get a chance.
I'm told by one of our developers that it's IE getting confused, and that
navigating away from the page and then going back is a workaround. Simply
refreshing the page may help. I haven't had time to test this yet, but if
anyone tries it can you let me know what happens ... thanks!

We've tried to recreate the logging in problem to no avail. I think that
people here know people at Benetech anyway, so if we need their help to
work out what's going on we should be able to get hold of them.

cheers,

Andy.

It sure does get curiouser. <Grin> I wish I had a classic running 7.0 to
test this out. I also wish I had access to a BT mPower running 7.0, but
I'm beginning to think it's only some of us who are experiencing this
oddity. What's weirdest is that I can download one file just fine, but
when I go to get another one without resetting, it only downloads part of
the file, then it fails. This happens whether or not I am replacing an
existing file. It also doesn't matter how I'm connected to the internet.
I'm interested in getting as much feedback from other 7.0 users, of all
models, as possible.
