Are those keystrokes the other way around per chance, as they seem to be on my machine, anyway. But, strange about that, though. Hi, I had to research this out, but I finally found the answer thanks to Dean. You press dot 7 with the plus sign and space bar for jaws cursor and press space bar 7 and minus to do the pc cursor.
