Well, Anne, if this card is formatted incorrectly, then HW did it
themselves, because it came straight from them yesterday. :-)

I suspect that Sarah is correct because I do have an extremely low serial
number. It sometimes surprises people.

Rhonda, I think I may know what the problem is here.  The card he's put the
key on is formatted for fat32 not fat.  The instructions were specific about
that.  My suggestion would be to transfer the stuff from the card back to
the PC, then, read the instructions on how to format a CF card for Fat.  If
I remember right it's dialog can be reached via the context menu when in My
Computer.  

Now, I could be wrong about this, so I would check out my advice before
taking it.  I'd wait till Joseph or Dean or Jonathan gets back to the list
on this one.  I could be totally out of the ball park.
